Instagram Giveaway Contest (the “Giveaway”)
Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Instagram Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Lucasfilm Ltd., Instagram or any other social media platform used throughout the contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Oxford Pennant and not to Instagram.
1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to Instagram users who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Oxford Pennant, Lucasfilm Ltd. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, as well as the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 11am EST Saturday, March 30, 2024 through 11:59 pm Monday, April 1, 2024 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
a. Follow @OxfordPennant on Instagram (if not already following).
b. Like the Giveaway post.
c. Tag one friend in the comments of the Giveaway post. Each comment with a new tagged friend counts as one entry. Participants may enter as many times as they wish but must tag a different friend in each comment.
4. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selection will be conducted by Oxford Pennant or its designated representatives, whose decisions regarding the drawing are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a $150 gift card and all 4 personalized Star Wars products from Oxford Pennant. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Oxford Pennant, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Oxford Pennant is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason. Failure to respond within the specified time period, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Privacy: Participants agree that personal data, especially name and Instagram handle, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Giveaway and any other purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Data may also be used by Oxford Pennant in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the Giveaway.
8. Liability: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Oxford Pennant, Lucasfilm Ltd. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.
9. Governing Law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York State having jurisdiction.
10. Instagram: By participating in this Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that they are providing information to Oxford Pennant and not to Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
This Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Oxford Pennant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be bound by any such revisions.
