Add a frame to your 9"x27" pennant or vintage pennant! Frames come in black, white, and natural wood finish.
Final dimension: 12"x34" (for 9"x27", vintage may vary)
Note: a frame must be purchased in the same transaction as a separate pennant. Email us if you want a frame for an existing Oxford flag. Currently the framing process takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks for Natural, White, and Black.
